These Commercial Terms Schedules form part of and must be read together with the Website Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, PAIA & POPIA Manual and any applicable service agreement, proposal, quotation or programme enrolment documentation issued by Eunoia Coaching (Pty) Ltd.

In the event of a conflict between these schedules and a signed client agreement, the signed agreement shall prevail.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SELF-COACHING PROGRAMMES

Once a product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed or made available, no refund, exchange or cancellation shall be granted except where required by applicable law.

The inability or unwillingness of a purchaser to utilise the product does not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. PURPOSE OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products, self-coaching programmes, workbooks, guides and related resources are educational and developmental tools designed to promote self-reflection, personal insight and greater clarity regarding personal and professional growth.

These products are intended to support independent learning and self-development and do not constitute coaching, counselling, therapy, psychological services, legal advice, financial advice or any other professional advisory service.

The use of a digital product does not create a coaching relationship between the purchaser and Eunoia Coaching (Pty) Ltd.

Individuals seeking personalised guidance, accountability, support or facilitated development may wish to consider one-on-one coaching, group coaching or consulting services offered separately by the Company.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Purchasers are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product for their own personal development purposes.

Purchasers may download and print one copy for personal use.

COACHING & DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

2. DEVELOPMENT PHILOSOPHY

Coaching and development services are intended to facilitate self-awareness, personal growth, behavioural insight, leadership effectiveness and professional development.

The Company does not undertake to remediate performance concerns, rectify organisational challenges, guarantee behavioural change, secure promotion, improve employment outcomes or achieve predetermined business results.

Meaningful and sustainable development is a collaborative process requiring commitment, participation and accountability on the part of the participant. Outcomes will vary according to individual circumstances, engagement and application.

Failure to make any scheduled payment may result in the suspension of coaching sessions, programme participation and access to associated materials until the account is brought up to date.

All outstanding balances must be settled no later than seven (7) calendar days before the final scheduled coaching session.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Individual coaching appointments may be rescheduled once provided that a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is given.

Appointments cancelled with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice may be forfeited and remain payable in full.

Further rescheduling requests shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.

6. COACHING PACKAGE VALIDITY

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, coaching packages remain valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase.

Unused sessions that have not been utilised within the validity period shall expire.

7. GROUP PROGRAMMES

The Company reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel a programme where fewer than seventy-five percent (75%) of available participant places have been confirmed by the published enrolment deadline.

9. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally.

The Company reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, threatening or otherwise inappropriate.

No refund shall be payable where participation is terminated due to misconduct.

CONSULTING, CORPORATE COACHING & FRACTIONAL PEOPLE & GROWTH SERVICES
